This is a hunting decoy and should be simplistic in painting and carving techniques. Textures and combing is allowed. No fragile head, bill or undercut feathers.Glass eyes are allowed. Decoys for this division will be floated and must self-right from any position.Geese, swans and confidence birds must self-right from side.14-under.
