Randy Julius a guest of this years show has just won the Mass. Duck Stamp contest again this year with a Joe Lincoln Brant Decoy. ( 8 wins now) The color stamp (500 books, 24 stanps to a book) will be a commerative issue as the licenses have now gone all electronic and the state isn't going to print anymore hunting stamps (waterfowl, archery and primitive). Instead will be just a check off on the license.
